Mimi is a beautiful Sarouk runner. She is hand knotted and woven from wool on a wool foundation. She was woven in Iran and has a nice, heavy pile, that is easy to clean up but is still soft underfoot. This rug measures approximately 3’2x10’9 and has a very rich palette of soft reddish pink with navy, white and emerald green accents. She sports the geometric diamond motif common for this region and a repeating floral vase design.
Please note that the runner varies in width one to two inches due to the nature of the weaving. Reference photos for the variation in size. This runner is being sold as is. View photos to see how her coloring looks under inside lighting and outside, natural lighting.
This runner has slight discoloration on the fringe, but she has been washed and cleaned and is ready for her new home.
