Daphne is a beautiful Persian, Heriz. She is hand knotted and woven from wool on a wool foundation. She was woven in the Heriz region, and has a nice, heavy pile, that is easy to clean up but is still soft underfoot. This rug measures approximately 9.1x12.8 and has a very rich palette of soft reddish pink with navy, black and green accents. She sports the geometric diamond motif.
Please note this rug is over 100 years old. She is in great condition for her age and is ready another 100 years of life.
