Zatar is a beautiful Persian runner. She is hand knotted and woven from wool on a wool foundation. She was woven in the karajeh region, and has a nice, heavy pile, that is easy to clean up but is still soft underfoot. This rug measures approximately 4’6x9 and has a very rich palette of black, pink with navy, gold and green accents. She sports the geometric diamond motif common for this region, with a pair of love birds along the border.
Please note that the runner varies in width one to two inches due to the nature of the weaving. Reference photos for the variation in size. This runner is being sold as is. This runner has been taken in outside natural light and inside. The color will appear different depending on light exposure.
