Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated before checkout according to the weight and height/width of the package. Shipping is free on small rugs and $50 for medium and large rugs in the lower 48 states. Please expect a 3-6 day processing time to clean, package and ship your rug. We do not offer next day or rush services!

Note that all rugs are cleaned, spot cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly before shipping. If you need professional cleaning, we do not offer these services!

Clients are responsible for return shipping fees in case of a return as well as a restocking fee.Rugs lost in transit on the way to being returned is not the responsibility of HOT rugs.
