Custom sourcing

Custom sourcing entails picking a maximum of ten rugs per custom source request. This is a white glove service done for the client, with the understanding that a rug will be bought at the end of the request. 

Our process begins with a conversation to gauge style. Then I send my vendor to market and he pulls all the rugs he can find in similar styles. We send you pictures and you ok them. Please be readily available with responses as rugs are not guaranteed until they are paid for. Please note, we don’t NOT physically pull and bring in 10 rugs for you. We work solely through photos and videos to help with selection. We will only pull the rug you purchase! 

Client is expected to pay for half the amount of the rug before shipping to the US and the rest will be due before shipping of rug, or rugs to client. 

Custom sourcing fee is nonrefundable, even in the event that no rugs are purchased. Rugs that are custom sourced and sent to the client are also nonrefundable. The client oks the rug before shipping and are specifically pulled for you. We don’t not take returns or exchanges.
